We are Building a Tribe around the open expression of art & culture through BDSM, kink & all things sex.
Welcome to Our DIRTY World.
Over the past year, we have done a lot of talking….
Talking about principles that we believe a progressive, liberated adult magazine should encompass.
Talking about who our audience wants to hear from in order to provide the best experience to our Tribe.
Talking with people - both experts and novices (and everyone in between).
One of the interesting things we found out through all of this talking is that our audience identifies and wants to be referred to as:
Sophisticated SLUTs,
and who are we not to oblige?
Starting a new magazine during the pandemic may seem like a daunting task, but it can also be an opportunity to bring people together through the power of art, storytelling, and shared experiences. With many facing isolation and uncertainty, the need for connection and a sense of community has never been more important. A new magazine dedicated to sharing the voices and perspectives of its readers can serve as a source of comfort and inspiration, reminding us that we are not alone in our experiences.
In these trying times, the need for creativity and self-expression has become even more vital. By creating a space for people to share their stories and art, the magazine can provide an outlet for those seeking to connect with others and have their voices heard. Furthermore, it allows for the exchange of ideas and the creation of a virtual community where individuals can come together to find solace and support. The pandemic has demonstrated the power of coming together and sharing our experiences, and a new magazine can provide a platform for this important work to continue.
DIRTY FUNKTIONS
A place where we talk about all things MmmM.
We, as a young magazine, truly aim to speak to a dirty audience and create space for our dirty audience to speak back to us. It is this place that we believe we do it most effectively.
Funktions are a place to learn, to grow, and to expand on ideas that are new to some, while others may be seasoned. A place for experts and novices to share space.
In order to build and engage with our tribe, we are leveraging a multi-faceted approach that includes ideation events, art pop-ups, market vending, and social media. Ideation events bring together members of our tribe to discuss, brainstorm and co-create new ideas for the magazine. Art pop-ups showcase the work of local artists and provide a space for people to connect with each other and the art. Market vending allows us to bring our magazine directly to the people, while also connecting with other small businesses and entrepreneurs to share their products and services. Finally, social media plays a crucial role in amplifying our message and connecting with a wider audience.
By utilizing these various channels, we are able to not only build our tribe but also foster a sense of connection and collaboration among its members.
